In the 90's, people had difficulties in finding quality and health conscious fast-food restaurants. Consumers are more concerned with what ingredients are put in their foods. Great Khan's Mogolian Festival offers consumers complete control of the ingredients cooked in their orders. Hence the slogan "Design Your Own Meal". While being health conscious, the meal is offered at a very reasonable cost to the consumers. A complete meal ranges from $5.00 to $7.00. This makes every patron of the mall a potential consumer.
GREAT KHAN'S MONGOLIAN FESTIVAL
is a well established business organization with advanced interior design,
superior concept, great service, and unique taste that will enlighten the
consumers. Our unique concept of "Designing Your Own Meal" has
been well accepted by the mainstream restaurant enthusiasts in such areas
like Las Vegas and malls all across America. Our short term goal is to reach
20 restaurants operating and we are well on the way by providing great tasting
and traditional Mongolian Barbecue foods utilizing fast food concept. Our
establishments can also be found in international market in places such
as Hong Kong, Taiwan, Mongolia as well as in United States of America.
We offer four different types of meat (beef, pork, chicken, and lamb), thirty different assortments of fresh vegetables, and noodles prepared in the traditional style with our patented herb secret sauces. Then the ingredients that the consumer has chosen will be prepared on a custom Tappan Grill that is designed to cook at a very high temperature to lock in the flavors and juice using little or no oil. All this is done in the open view of the consumer.
MANGEMENT AND KEY STAFF
David Kim has researched his expert knowledge and concepts in the Mongolian Barbecue business. He is the supervising factor in all Great Khan's franchising. His overall direction makes it possible for future locations of Great Khan's Mongolian Festival. His knowledge with working with all aspects of the business combined with business skills, experience and management makes Great Khan's a fast growing franchise with successful results.
Jai Rhee is the main developer of our location sites for Great Khan's. He continuously finds new and creative concepts per franchise, needed at individual locations. His knowledge of expertise is ranged from contact with major developers to negotiating leasings and management for future investors.
